Die XOOPS-Datenbankschicht bietet eine robuste Abstraktion über MySQL/MariaDB mit folgenden Features:

  • Factory Pattern - Zentrale Datenbankverbindungsverwaltung
  • Object-Relational Mapping - XoopsObject und Handler
  • Query Building - Criteria System für komplexe Abfragen
