System uprawnień XOOPS to szczegółowa struktura kontroli dostępu, która zarządza tym, kto może wykonać jakie akcje na jakich zasobach. Dokument obejmuje typy uprawnień, mechanizmy sprawdzania, hierarchię i przykłady wdrażania.
